__[Jaume Bertranpetit|Member/Bertranpetit_Jaume] MAE, Director of Academia Europaea Barcelona Knowledge Hub, warmly invites all AE Members to attend Building Bridges 2025, AE’s Annual Conference, hosted at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB).

__Attendees can look forward to an exciting programme; highlights include [László Lovász|Acad_Main/News2_Archive/Erasmus Medal 2025] MAE, Erasmus Medal Winner 2025, Jordi Savall, internationally celebrated medieval musician, and Janez Potočnik, former EU Commissioner.__

__The Conference will include a dedicated welcome event for new AE Members - a much-anticipated annual tradition. All sessions will be held in English and are open to MAEs and invited guests.__

__14%%sup th/% and 18%%sup th/% October are reserved for optional social activities. This year’s programme includes a geological trip to Montserrat Mountain and a visit to the renowned Spanish winery, Torres.__
